Founded in 2007, RUNCHENG is a specialist in the supplies and services to the marine and offshore industry.
Our company’s office covers an area of 300 square meters, and warehouse covers an area of 1,500 square meters. In order to meet the needs of market development and improve customer service, we established an office and warehouse in Vladivostok Russia in 2017. Our service in Russia covers the entire Far East area, including Vladivostok, Nakhodka, Khabarovsk, Kamchatka, Sakhalin and Magadan.
We value the quality of the service that we offer our clients above all else. That is what is important to our clients and that is what we feel sets us apart from our competition.

Because our commitment to client service lies at the heart of what we do, we regularly seek our clients’ views on the service we offer and value the feedback we get. By providing the facility for feedback to be given our clients can tell us what they think about the service we are providing at any stage, and not just when we ask for it. Where there is scope for improvement we genuinely want to know that, so we can take action.
